Florence was born in France, near the beautiful city of Lyon. She has spent more than 35 years working in the legal field. 

She moved with her husband to the United States and has called Washington State home for 25 years. 

A proud mother of two grown children, Florence discovered a new passion for teaching French when she began working with an after-school language program, where she taught for several years. 

In 2025, Florence made the move to Hawaii, where she decided to share her love and knowledge of the French language and culture with others. 

When she is not teaching, Florence enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and traveling. She also loves discovering and embracing the unique lifestyle and culture of the beautiful Hawaiian Islands. 

Florence looks forward to sharing her passion for the French language and culture with her students and making their French-learning journey both enjoyable and rewarding!
